Well, it's got a bit quite around here! But I'm finally around, if only for a short while, and thought I'd have a tidy up! We have a few new members to be added and an affiliate so please make them welcome!

Mission Statement

I have found that here on Deviant Art there are quite a few people who work in the entertainment industries. However, despite the number of theatre and film clubs I came across there seemed to be no one place where we could all meet and be together as a community. Some practitioners were almost totally hidden all together.

So this is our place! I want Mirror On The World to be the central place for all costume designers, set designers, prop makers, film makers, directors, actors, dancers, musicians, techies, lighting directors, singers, make-up artists etc, etc etc. I want to hear about the productions you are working on, the tour your on, the work you’ve done before. I want us to share!

I also want this to be a stepping stone out to the individual areas of our trade. I want to find all of the theatre and film and dance and music clubs, so that you can go off into your particular area as well.

I want to create a community for us and join together the groups that already exist.
